From vineyard to bottle
Winemaking
Must clarification by dynamic decanting, fermentation with selected yeasts at controlled temperature. Secondary fermentation for 60 days in autoclave using the Charmat method.

Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with delicate fish dishes, raw fish, sushi, risottos, white meats and cheeses.
